Printed matter is always created a few mm larger than it will later be in the final format in order to avoid white flashes and white "crescents" on the outer edge. Therefore, create the labels with a diameter of 106 mm, although the final format is 100 mm. Make sure that in the edge area and at the center hole (final size 7.5 mm) no text will be cut out and please do not cut out the center hole in the print data!
